— TITAN  ·  EUROPE  ·  FOUNDED 2026

A private ecosystem for women building a new standard of leadership — and the architecture of counsel that makes it  possible.

Titan brings together women leaders through trusted peer advisory circles, executive coaching, transformative experiences, and an exceptional cross-European network.

— THE GAP THAT TITAN IS CLOSING

The infrastructure that has never been built.

As careers advance, representation collapses — steadily at every rung — until the rooms where decisions are made are nearly empty of women. Women make up 59% of European university graduates. At C-suite level in Europe's largest companies, that figure falls to 8%.

This is not a motivation problem. Not a confidence problem. Not a pipeline problem.

This is a structural problem.

Four main structural barriers impact the number of women stepping into leadership positions.

The Glass Ceiling

The invisible barrier that prevents women from advancing beyond a certain level — regardless of performance, experience, or qualification

The Broken Rung

For every 100 people promoted into management, only 35% are women.  The gap begins here and compounds at every level above.

The Invisible Power Arena

The informal spaces where sponsorship actually happens — structurally less accessible to women at every level of seniority.

Mentorship Without Sponsorship

Senior women have access to mentors. What they lack is the active advocacy that puts their name forward in rooms they are not yet in.

Women who do step into leadership positions, especially into senior and C-level positions face distinct challenges as well.

Isolation At The Top

60% of senior women report frequent burnout. The most consistent factor underneath that figure is the absence of peers who actually understand the role.

The Glass Cliff

The pattern is documented and consistent: women are more likely to be given leadership when the situation is already difficult — and more likely to be blamed when it does not resolve

— WHAT TITAN IS

Not a network.  The infrastructure.

TITAN
is a curated leadership ecosystem for women across Europe — where women can lead at their full potential, where we shape a new standard of leadership and create more possibilities for themselves and the generations who follow.

Titan's T10 circles are a place to gain perspective, build meaningful relationships, challenge assumptions, navigate complexity, and grow alongside exceptional peers.

We asked 150 senior women across Europe what they actually wanted.

85%

WANT PEER ADVISORY

81% said they want confidential peer advisory groups where they can both get and provide counsel that will accelerate their leadership and support them personally.

88%

WILL INVEST TIME & ENERGY

88% said they are willing to commit at least 2 hours per month to their peer advisory group – that is real time and energy, not symbolic.

76%

WANT A CURATED COMMUNITY

Women leaders want a community that is designed to actively support one another, that goes beyond moments to socialize together that they have in common networking groups.  Senior women leaders want real talk, problem solving support and collaborative ecosystem building.

Titan is built on five pillars.

1

Peer advisory at comparable levels of responsibility

The room where you don't have to explain what the job is. Eight to ten peers, comparable scope, professionally facilitated — real decisions, honest counsel, ongoing continuity.

— TITAN OFFERING

— WHO TITAN IS FOR

Titan is for women who are already leading and ready for the next significant chapter.

Titan is for:

the executive woman who holds the room

C-level and senior partners leading companies, divisions and institutions at the highest levels – often as the only women in the room

WHY THEY JOIN TITAN

  • To think bigger, lead from purpose, and belong without posturing

  • For the privacy and trust allowing them to be vulnerable without diminishing their authority

  • To have counsel of true equals, a personal board of advisors

  • To end the isolation that leading at the top often brings

— THE FOUNDING COHORT

Twenty Founding Members.
Two waves.
One origin story.

The Titan founding cohort is deliberately small, twenty women over two waves of then.  The founding cohort will be small enough to know each other and senior enough to start shaping a new standard for women's leadership in Europe.

The founding term is 24 months — after which Founding Members transition into the Titan ecosystem as members and experienced stewards.

— THE NAME AND THE MYTHOLOGY

Before the rules were written, the Titanesses held the sky.

The name Titan comes from the elemental forces of Greek mythology — the generation of power that came before the Olympian gods, the forces that shaped the primordial world before any rules were written. Among them were six women, the Titanesses, whose domains read today like a blueprint for what senior leadership actually requires.

The Titanesses did not merely survive the transition from the old world to the new. They persevered through it, shaped it, and carried their wisdom into what came next — becoming the closest counsellors to the new order, defining its standards of justice, memory, knowledge, and foresight. Their power was not institutional. It was intrinsic. And it outlasted every system built around them.

Today, what is missing is the architecture of counsel and connection that allows women's power to fully flourish — and to shape the standard of leadership that follows.

THEMIS

The keeper of divine order and good counsel.

RHEA

The strategist who saved the next generation.

MNEMOSYNE

The guardian of collective memory.

PHOEBE

The one who passed her wisdom forward.

TETHYS

The nurturer who sustained what others built.

THEIA

The one who gave the world the gift of sight.

They were not the loudest in the room. They were the ones whose judgment shaped what came next.   This is the lineage Titan is built on. Not a corporate hierarchy. Not a campaign target. Something older, deeper, and specifically European — the idea that women's leadership is not a modern ambition. It is an ancient one. We are simply naming it again. What is missing is not their power. What is missing is the architecture of counsel and connection that allows that power to fully flourish — and to shape the standard of leadership that follows.Read the full story of the Titanesses — and why their legacy is the architecture of everything Titan is built to be.

Titan begins with those who cho0se to shape it
